Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped.
To cancel, please contact our customer service with your order number and reason for cancellation.
Once the order is processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
Refund Policy
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a refund or replacement.
To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt and provide photographs of the issue.
The product must be returned in its original packaging and condition unless the defect is obvious or shipping caused damage.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of refund approval.
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the fault is ours (e.g. wrong item shipped or damaged in transit).
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product is returned in a used or unsellable condition (unless the defect was with it originally).
Exceptions / Non-Refundable Items
Items sealed for hygiene (e.g. certain herbal pastes, oils) once opened are non-returnable.
Sale or clearance items may be exempt from refunds unless defective.
Any products that show signs of damage caused by misuse may not qualify for a refund.
How to Request a Refund / Return
Contact our support email with your order number, description of issue, and photos.
We will send you return instructions (address, process).
Ship the item back using a trackable method.
After inspection, we will initiate your refund or send a replacement.
